My Story

This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer and raise awareness for this great cause!

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it. So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for cancer. For my part, I have chosen a weeklong self supported bike ride.

Last year my ride included 350 miles with stops in Madison, Sauk City, Reedsburg, Wilton, Lacrosse, Winona MN, and finally West St Paul MN. I did a combination of camping and hotels during my weeklong ride.

For 2024 I plan on riding this same route during September 1st to the 7th. I will post photo updates via Facebook during my trip. I will start riding from my home in Janesville Wisconsin to my brother's house in St. Paul Minnesota for a total of 350 miles.

Every mile I pedal will be in the name of Jesus and for children fighting cancer.
